USAGE RATE SOY WAX FLAKES

The usage rate of soy wax flakes can vary depending on several factors such as the type of candle you're making, the size of the candle, desired fragrance strength, and personal preference. Here are some general guidelines for using soy wax flakes:

1. Container Candles:
• Typically, you would use about 1 ounce of soy wax flakes per fluid ounce of container volume. For example, if you have a 8 oz candle container, you would use approximately 8 ounces (by weight) of soy wax flakes.
2. Melting Point and Fragrance Load:
• Soy wax flakes melt at around 120-180°F (49-82°C).
• The fragrance load for soy wax is generally recommended to be around 6-10% of the total wax weight, but this can vary based on the strength of the fragrance oil and personal preference.
3. Wax Melts:
• For wax melts or tarts, you can use the same amount of soy wax flakes as you would for container candles, depending on the size and desired fragrance strength.
4. Pillar Candles:
• For pillar candles, the usage rate may vary depending on the size and diameter of the pillar. Generally, you'll need to calculate the amount of wax based on the volume of the mold or container used for the pillar candle.
5. Testing and Adjustments:
• It's important to conduct tests when making candles to determine the exact amount of soy wax flakes and fragrance oil that works best for your specific recipe and desired outcome. Bulk pack sizes are available in 5kg,10kg, 25kg and 50kg pack sizes.

Note: Actual Packaging may vary. For Indian orders, 500ml and 1L pack may be in 100% recyclable HDPE bottles for safety if deemed necessary. 

STORAGE & CAUTION

It is recommended to store wax in airtight containers in a cool dark place to preserve it's properties and maintain it's maximum shelf life.

It is meant for external purposes. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not let it come in direct contact with your eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
